Gator Electrical Engineering Services, LLC is owned by Richard Chruszcz. Mr. Chruszcz is a Registered Professional Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in corporate level project development, conceptual & detailed design and management. He has in-depth ability in modernization methods, effective cost controls, utilization of energy efficient equipment and ease of operation and maintainability. He is a dependable, well-organized planner, who is thorough and communicates effectively. His major strengths are in Team Organization, Field Support, Planning & Development, Conflict Resolution, Efficient Cost Controls / Budgeting and Strong Analytical Skills.

 

Mr. Chruszcz has extensive Commercial, Industrial and Utility electrical design experience including, but not limited to the following facilities: medical, churches, schools and universities, self storage, retail, warehouses, high rise multi-family dwellings, outdoor area lighting including roadway, parking lot, security lighting and fire alarms.

  • All Saint’s Academy, Winter Haven, FL, Private Elementary School, Grades K-6: Electrical Engineer of Record providing detailed design for all electrical systems including site lighting.
  • Clay County School Board – Prototype Elementary School “W”, Prototype School “Z” and Reuse Prototype ES “X”: Electrical Engineer of Record.
  • Flagler County Schools Facilities Dept. – Palm Coast High School – Ball Field Lighting: Provided electrical design for 2 football practice fields high mast lighting.
  • Flagler County Schools Facilities Dept. – County School Board Office – Data Room – AC Addition: Electrical design to add new HVAC system for IT room on emergency power source.
  • Flagler County School Board – Wadsworth Elementary School HVAC: Electrical design for replacing of old inefficient RTU’s with new modern efficient units.
  • Flagler County School Board New Elementary School “A”: Addressed change orders, provided final electrical inspections and developed electrical punch list.

  • Hillsborough County Government: EPC Fire Alarm replacement: Design to replace old, outdated fire alarm systems with modern, state of the art Fire Alarm system.
  • Bush Ross Office: Electrical Engineer of Record for three (3) story attorney building for 38 plus attorney practice.
  • WCI Data Center Bonita Springs, FL: Expansion of existing data room by 100% including new HVAC and lighting.
  • APEC (2) 9000 sq. ft. Warehouses: New 9000 sq. ft. office building and warehouse for scaffold manufacturer.
  • Dellagio Plaza Shopping Mall – Orlando, FL: Electrical Engineer of Record.
  • Volusia County Administrative Service Center: Inspection of existing electrical systems and audit for installing new replacement of efficient HVAC systems.
  • Sun Coast Concrete Plant: Electrical infrastructure design for new concrete manufacturing facility that will include new block plant and batch plant.
  • Bausch & Lomb – Office Renovation: Electrical Engineer of Record.
  • Design CD’s (Construction Documents) including detailed electrical drawings for permitting and construction, short circuit and load calculations and electrical equipment specifications. Detailed review, PE sign and seal of documents required for permitting. Provide as built drawings as required in coordination with electrical contractor.
  • Walt Disney World – Reedy Creek Energy Services: Total electrical responsibility for a $60 million, 40 megawatt cogeneration plant including scoping documents, development of detailed equipment specifications, drawing submittals & approvals, on site construction supervision, project startup coordination and development of operation & maintenance procedures.
  • Walt Disney World – Reedy Creek Energy Services: Waste water treatment plant expansion-5 MGD to 20 MGD, developed plant electrical and control systems design, new underground 12 KV power distribution system design including a 69-12 KV substation, underground 12 KV duct banks, electric manholes (cable routing and racking diagrams), 12 KV metal-clad switching station with SCADA control, motor controls, variable frequency drives, lighting, communications, grounding and lightning protection.
  • W.R. Grace / IMCC – Four Corners Mine: Major industrial/mining plant expansion project $120 million. Designed, procured and monitored construction of 69 KV transmission systems, 69-13.8 KV substations, plant power distributions systems and controls, short circuit studies and relay/fuse coordination.
  • Anchor Glass Container Corp: Designed and implemented a pilot energy savings program for industrial manufacturing plants that effectively reduced manufacturing energy costs for one plant by $300,000 annually. Identified additional energy savings potential among fourteen (14) manufacturing plants totaling over $8 million annually.
